These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from Apple Blossom Creatives through this website.
Apple Blossom Creatives is a trading name of Gary Partridge, sole trader, based in Gloucestershire, United Kingdom.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products
We aim to describe and photograph products as accurately as possible.
Many items are handmade, laser engraved or produced using natural materials such as wood and slate. Because of this, there may be small variations in grain, colour, texture, edge shape or engraving appearance.
These natural differences are part of the character of the product and are not normally considered faults.
Prices
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).
Prices may change from time to time, but any changes will not affect orders already accepted.
Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout where applicable.
Apple Blossom Creatives is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not added separately to product prices.
Orders & Payment
Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if:
an item cannot reasonably be supplied,
there is an obvious pricing or listing error,
required personalisation information has not been provided,
or there is another genuine issue preventing fulfilment.
If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Made-to-Order Products
Some products are made or engraved after an order is placed.
Processing times may therefore vary depending on the item, order volume and time of year.
We will always aim to complete orders within a reasonable timeframe.
Personalised & Bespoke Products
Please check all names, dates, messages and other personalisation details carefully before submitting your order.
Unless otherwise agreed, personalised wording will be engraved exactly as entered.
Items made to your specification or clearly personalised are normally exempt from the standard right to cancel simply because you change your mind.
This does not affect your legal rights if the item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or we have made an error.
Delivery
Current delivery charges and information are shown on our Delivery Information page.
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed once an order has been handed to a postal service or courier.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
For standard non-personalised goods purchased online, you may normally cancel within 14 days of receiving your order and then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Personalised or bespoke products cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
We may ask for photographs to help us understand the issue.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a repair, replacement or refund.
Intellectual Property
Product designs, photographs, artwork, website content, branding and other original material created by Apple Blossom Creatives remain the intellectual property of Apple Blossom Creatives unless stated otherwise.
They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.
Website Availability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
We may update, change or remove products, prices or website content where necessary.
Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
