2. We Work Out the Details

I’ll come back to you with what’s possible, suitable materials, sizing and any design questions.

3. Price & Approval

Once the details are clear, I’ll confirm the price. For custom designs, you’ll approve the wording and layout before I make it.

4. I Make Your Piece

Once approved, I’ll make and finish your order, then arrange delivery or collection where applicable.
